I simply look no further than Melissa when it comes to booking travel. She approaches it from way more than just the itinerary…she looks at the person, the family, the occasion. From initial inspiration to on the ground service she is by far the best addition to any trip we take!

Melissa Smith - Founder & Luxury Travel Advisor

I've been fortunate to live in Europe and Asia with my family. While living overseas we took full advantage of the travel opportunities and traveled as often as we could. I found myself constantly planning our next trip and finding ways to make sure that the experience for my family was as authentic and unique as possible. I loved planning our trips and relished in the memories that I was helping create for my family. When the opportunity came for me to work as a Travel Advisor it seemed like a perfect fit. I'm very lucky since I was able to take a passion and turn it into a career. I now love planning trips for families and seeing the memories that I am helping their family create.

Lauren Altbaier - Luxury Travel Advisor

Travel has been an integral part of my life since my post-college back packing adventure across Europe. While the accommodations have been upgraded and the meals more extravagant, the heart of my travel remains the same- to excite, to explore and to recharge body, mind, and soul. While planning extensive travel for my family including extended stays in Europe, I have learned what makes a trip a vacation, an experience an immersion and a tourist a global citizen. The opportunity to funnel this passion into a career has brought me here! The planning process is often as joyful as the trip itself, and the memories that follow. It is an honor to take this journey with my clients.

Lauren Rim - Operations & Guest Services | Luxury Travel Advisor

My journey into travel began with 15 years in sales and marketing for luxury hotels, where I explored destinations around the world and saw firsthand what truly exceptional hospitality looks like. Along the way, I worked closely with top travel advisors and industry partners and realized I could combine my hotel expertise with my love of designing trips for the people around me. Today I create personalized journeys, from cultural deep dives to bespoke luxury escapes, and I lead operations and concierge-level support for Booked by Travel Group clients so every detail runs seamlessly. Nothing makes me happier than helping someone have the trip of a lifetime.
